More old units will be adjusted gradually. Added Remnant Violet and regular Violet ratings. Added Mui ratings, adjusted Assassin Cartuja, Assassin Cidd, Cermia, Coli, Chaos Sect Axe, Luna, Silk, Faithless Lidica, Judge Kise and Kise ratings. ML Romann gets a slight upgrade and has better PvP ratings. 
ML Surin gets a buff in Guild Wars rating. Montmorancy gets a slight downgrade in PvP ratings.
Celeste and Silver Blade Aramintha gets a slight buff in GW ratings. Will work on the other buffed units in a bit. Minor build and description changes for Charles, Ravi, ML Surin, ML Ceci, Sigret, Kayron, Sol Badguy, Violet, Tamarinne, ML Baal, Pavel, Lilias, Krau, ML Lidica, Celine, Alencia, Kitty Clarissa, Schuri, General Purggis, Furious, Crozet, C Dom, C Lorina, Sven, Doris. Minor equipment changes to Basar, Mui, Charlotte, ML Tywin, Celine and Landy. Slight rating adjustments to Luna, Bellona, Aramintha, Landy, Glenn.
